SKA – NDAL Film Production is a dynamic Albanian feature film production company, co-founded by Ilir Butka and Genc Permeti. SKA – NDAL launched at 2006 and offers filmmakers asistance facilitation and expertise production in Albania as well as an extensive network of contacts across all sectors of the industry.

2012 Ska-Ndal coproduced “LA NAVE DOLCE” by Danniele Vicari. Doc 85 min, (Italy-Albania), APULIA FILM COMMISSION, INDIGO FILM, RAI CINEMA, SKA-NDAL.

2009 Produced “HONEYMOONS” – directed by Goran Paskaljevic, feature 95 min, written: Genc Permeti and Goran Paskaljevic. Producer: Ilir Butka, Goran Paskaljevic. (First Albanian Serbian coproduction).

Ska-ndal production since 2006 is organiser of the Tirana International Film Festival, the most important and influential Film Festival in Albania.
